L'anno ha inizio a settembre

Eccomi qui a scrivere un blog per voi.
Immagino pensiate di trovarci chissà quale segreto pseudoscientifico, che renda le vostre torte più belle e più buone. Io, da parte mia, posso solo assicurarvi che ciò che vi dirò è solo frutto delle mie osservazioni, gusti personali e trucchetti che ho imparato qua e là cercando sul web, provando e riprovando, dopo serie infinite di sbagli e chili presi (perchè le ricette vanno sì provate, ma anche consumate).
Insomma, non pretendo di scrivere la nuova bibbia del Cake Designer, ma elencherò una serie di consigli che siete liberi di provare oppure no.
Spero solo li troviate utili e rispondenti alle vostre aspettative.

Here I am to write a blog for you.
I suppose you think of finding some kind of pseudo-scientific secret, which makes your cakes more beautiful and better. I, for my part, can only assure you that what I will tell you is only the result of my observations, personal tastes and tricks that I have learned here and there looking on the web, trying and trying again, after endless series of mistakes and kilos taken (because the recipes must be tried, but also consumed).
In short, I do not pretend to write the new Cake Designer's bible, but I will list a series of tips you are free to try or not.
I only hope you find them useful and meeting your expectations.
